What the NIS2 directive is
NIS2 is the European cybersecurity directive that broadens and strengthens the obligations of the previous NIS directive, covering a far larger set of sectors and organizations classified as "essential" or "important". It imposes concrete requirements for risk management, governance, business continuity and incident notification, with direct accountability for management bodies.
Non-compliance can lead to significant fines and personal liability for directors. Preparing your organization in good time is therefore as much a matter of legal compliance as of operational resilience.
Our approach
We always start with a gap analysis — a rigorous assessment of your current state against the NIS2 requirements — producing a clear report of gaps and priorities. From there we design an implementation plan tailored to your sector, size and maturity level.
We support the rollout of the technical and organizational measures, draft the required policies and procedures, and validate everything through internal audits, leaving your organization ready to demonstrate compliance to the authorities.
